Toys ordered were great quality and great value for money. Postage wasn't quite as fast as other online stores but not too bad and carton arrived in good condition in time for Christmas. No additional packing to secure toys in carton in my parcel but still were packed well. Only real disappointment was on one order for "assorted" toy (choice of two): indicated which one I wanted as requested on order which is noted on packing slip but received the other one with no explanation (eg out of stock). Sadly that particular toy is for a little boy with cerebral palsy who just loves excavators...now he'll be getting a dump truck. All in all, Happy and would shop here again.
