I'm beyond upset.
I understand that all hair reacts differently but I went in wanting lightened hair and my hair cut and evened out. Unfortunately I left with darker hair than what i arrived with that is falling out in chunks, a hair cut that is uneven and the underneath is longer than the top! I washed my hair like she advice to see if the colour would fade out as nice as she said because the current colour was a mix of grey black and brown. It has now faded to a beautiful shade of brown green sludge. i washed as per instruction with the shampoo and conditioner she gave me to do so. Im so upset that I have been crying since I left. I was far too upset and shocked while i was there and stupidly paid the $270 for hair I now have to shave or pixie cut! I EVEN SPENT THE MONEY ON THE BONDING TREATMENT RECOMMENDED SO MY HAIR WOULD NOT FALL OUT! I put my trust in you and now have to spend more money tomorrow at another salon fixing this mistake. When contacted to request a refund they were outstandingly rude and claimed I damaged my own hair after leaving the salon and warned me not to take it any further. Please do no go to this salon as I would hate this to happen to anyone else.
