I never feel like one of the crowd at Contours; they always remember who I am and I always get personal attention. It's great to walk in and be greeted by name and feel as though you are among friends. The workout at this gym is very satisfying; it varies from visit to visit so it is never boring, unlike similar women only gyms that I have tried.
This gym has a nice physical environment; it is spacious and always clean. Opening hours are amazing - makes it very easy to find the time to exercise.
