I recently had major work at The Point Dental. I had 3 crowns, four fillings, whitening and gum disease treatment in my bottom teeth. I then had my top teeth removed and was given dentures. This was an incredibly difficult process. I was extremely anxious and had an enormous amount of psychological hurdles to overcome.

The Team at The Point Dental were unbelievable. They supported me emotionally though it all. They are extremely professional and very compassionate and caring, funny when it needed to be, considerate when required.

Dr Wilfred Koon is amazing. His professional care is so in depth. His humour was an excellent tool against my severe anxiety. He left nothing to chance and has an incredible eye when it comes to designing my new teeth and how they would work with my face, and the look of it is so beautiful. I actually have a cover girl smile. I absolutely love how I look. The pain I expected during it all was minimal and managed well.

I can't recommend these guys enough. From Wilfred to the assistants, it was a fabulous (yes, the dentist was fabulous) experience. I'm so glad. I found them. I'll never go anywhere else again, and from now on all my family will go here.

Lee deserves special mention for her genuine care too. Lots of talks And empathy.
