Christiane completes my family's tax returns and gives us advice on how we can most effectively claim tax. She works in a calm and accurate manner. The outstanding thing is that she works with a positive and warm attitude, is a great listener and can explain complicated tax related knowledge and terminology in a simple and clear way. I value that she sees and does her best to respond to my family's needs and concerns, rather than just seeing us as another tick box exercise.
