Not only did the staff make my child cry and want to go home ( she was helping her 1 yr old cousin in the kid area to climb the stairs to go down the slide )when we brought it to the attention of a higher up person she thought it funny and processed to laugh at us. This place is very rude pretty dirty and I will never go there again only giving 1 star because I have to
