He was incredibly helpful, offered to give me advice even if I didn't buy from him, spent a lot of time making sure I got the right diamond for me, and price-matched another jeweller even though it didn't result in a huge profit for him. In the end I ordered through Wade because of his superior customer service. The time from ordering to receiving my ring was about 6 weeks which I believe is fairly standard and I am extremely happy with the finished product - a beautiful custom-made diamond ring. Fantastic business and I would happily buy from Wade again!
