Cannot recommend Nathan Yap enough. As a first home buyer living in regional WA and buying in the metro area, Nathan made the process very easy and clear for me. Nathan made himself available seemingly at all hours which was invaluable to me having to do most of the process remotely (even when he went on holiday he was still sending me property reports and processing my approval for me!). Nathan explained everything to me at the bare bones level, and as someone just starting out in the market I can't thank him enough for his help and patience.
