I bought a used car in 2012 and paid for an extended warranty that had a condition that the vehicle be serviced every 3 months. I went to Beach Wheels a couple of times. The first time I asked them to call me if there was any extra work needed doing and to quote me a price and get my 'go ahead' before proceeding. They didn't do what they said they'd do and proceeded with extra work to the tune of $900. I gave them another chance and again requested a call if they found any extras. Sure enough, they failed again and did extra work I hadn't authorised. Very untrustworthy. I didn't go back. Avoid like the plague.

The dentist I'd been going to since 1990 retired in 2015 and sold his practice. I'd heard reports that the new owner wasn't as good so I started looking for a new dentist.
I had my first appointment with Dr Karan Baran on 19 Aug 16 and was very impressed. Dr Baran did a thorough examination and explained everything in detail. The only work I needed was a clean and polish (as usual). This was done a by a dental hygenist and she did an absolutely fantatstic job - much more thoroughly than my previous dentist. I'll definitely be going back.
