Management have not taken action against a thug involved in physical intimidation and bullying type behavior. This takes place in the proximity of the steam room. Management pretend they are not aware despite lifeguards having to intervene.
Management take the disgraceful option of pretending to know nothing and looking the other way.
I have reported the abuse after witnessing these issues and i am not directly involved in any way. However i do not go to the gym to relax in this type of toxic environment.
Management need to be changed quickly.
