Ordered from this company online. Received the wrong product. Unable to contact them by phone on their 1300 number, by online enquiry, or by direct email to their customer service. Will never order from them again.

DO NOT USE JASON DELGADO FROM JP Building and Property Maintenance

We had Jason do some work for us in 2016. We were totally happy with the work and the price.

However, we had Jason back to do a quote on some more work in February 2019. We paid him a 50% deposit. And that’s the last we heard from him.

We have tried multiple times to contact him. He has not returned our calls or messages.

We have requested our deposit back, as clearly he isn’t going to do the work, but again no response.

NOTHING!

We aren’t sure what has happened since 2016, but reading the other reviews it seems other people are having the same issues.

Initially we thought it might just be us, but clearly there’s a pattern of behaviour here.

Our advice would be to NEVER have any contact with Jason Delgado or JP Building and Property Maintenance
