Glenn took on a difficult drainage situation at our property that affected our house warranty. We faced a number of rectifications identified in an engineering report and he proposed a solution to each item in clear, understandable terms. We had spoken to 3 plumbers prior to Glenn and he was the only one who understood what we needed - specific actions to address the report items. Once started, Glenn demonstrated an attention to detail that we really appreciated.
