I highly recommend Total Solar Solutions to anyone looking for a solar system installation. Right from my initial web query for a quote, TSS were nothing but totally professional. They responded to all my e-mails quickly and provided heaps of up-to-date and relevant information. When Daniel come over for a more detailed quote, he spend two hours with my sister-in-law and I. He answered all my sister-in-law’s questions (who knew very little about solar) with patience and precision. He did not oversell us on anything and removed items that were not going to be useful to my sister-in-law. The installers arrived at exactly the time promised and were friendly, efficient and, just like Daniel, answered all our questions patiently and in easy to understand language. Not only did they install our solar system, they upgraded our fusebox and installed an air-conditioner. They even installed an additional power point free of charge. In summary, amazing service, attention to detail and quality products - what more could you ask for? I can’t recommend TSS highly enough. A shame there is not a sixth star.
