I dropped off my bike to check the electronic starter mechanism. i was told it would need a new one and was told the cost. i was happy to proceed and advised them to go ahead. next i heard 1 of their employees had taken the bike for a joy ride and dropped it causing extensive damage to the left side of the bike including a respray of personalised chameleon paint. whilst RR originally agreed to fix everything it took them over 2 months to do so with continuous delays and wrong parts and forgetting to order new levers. eventually i was advised they were going out of business (thats no surprise) and after more than 2 months i had to collect the gear lever from the owners home and was advised i would have to organise at my own expense to have the gear lever fitted. p.s the bike didnt get washed either. i woul not recommend these guys at all wherever they reappear
