Both [Removed name] & the contractor who does the work requested nearly $2k cash on completion but I only had 1.5 days notice so [Removed name] agreed to a bank transfer (not credit/debit card).

2 of the brand new posts and end caps were damaged. I asked them to replace them. Contractor couldn't find anything 1st time & claimed to fix end cap & spray paint patch damaged powder coated posts second time. Posts appeared untouched.

[Removed name] said he'd come out to look that week. Chased, nearly a week later, he said he was sick. Eventually agreed to replace 1 post but was replaced with another damaged post. Will no.longer respond nor provide the paperwork (receipt and warranty). Ive asked for contractors details twice for Dept of Fair Trading claim, refuses to respond. Extremely poor customer service.

Very disappointed in the consult for my bunny at the Belmont Clinic, was allegedly told the vaccine protects against the RHDV2 strain, the needle allegedly went right through the skin and out the other side and the vaccine was allegedly squirted all over bunny and i, he allegedly couldnt sex my 10wk old bunny, had to see another vet after first one allegedly wouldnt listen when bunnys poos were severely reduced in frequency and allegedly said bring him back in a week if its still an issue, the next day bunny completely stopped pooing then tried to charge me another consult fee. Never again, when bunnys allegedly stop pooing they can die very quickly.
