Avoid this gym.
They don’t update their systems when you cancel a membership. They never answer their phones, and rarely listen to, or replied to voicemails. I’ve been fighting them for three months now on an overpayment they’ve acknowledged repeatedly, and now have had to refer them to the office of fair trading.
Don’t get me wrong, the individual instructors are fantastic, but the systems and management are appalling.
