Very relaxing experience. You wouldn't know the main road was right outside. Very convenient spot but once inside it's definitely "away from it all". Prices are average but service is great. I had my lashes tinted but they didn't turn out as dark as they usually get. I didn't have time to have them redone right then so I was given a voucher for a free tint when the time was convenient to me. A different tint was used and it turned out great - I was OK with this as I know my lashes are difficult to take colour.

The hairdressers here are very friendly and make you feel very welcome. It's a nice salon which has been recently renovated and makes you feel comfortable. I'm only giving a "satisfactory" because unfortunately the hairdresser I saw put the wrong colour in my hair. I had been there before and had a dark colour put in with lighter streaks. I went back to have my roots touched up to match the rest of my hair but only the dark colour was used. So I left showing dark roots instead of light ones. It was a different hairdresser than I had the first time but I expected her to know what was needed by looking at my hair. Could have been an innocent, one-off mistake but I was scared off.

They do charge a little extra but the quality of their meat is top class. They have ready to cook meal ideas as well as the usual cuts available. Also flavoured sausages which taste great. Located near the Bi-Lo so it's convenient and the quality is better than most supermarkets.

When you're craving a kebab this place is great. The kebabs taste great and are big enough to fill you up. The service isn't crash hot but you get your food quickly. It's conveniently located with plenty of parking nearby.

This gym is run by a Christian Centre so they try to keep their prices low. Their rates are fairly reasonable although not quite cheap. They try to cater to most people with a wide variety of equipment and different fitness classes. However their operating times aren't that great. They close from 10am to 1pm which is very inconvenient but they do this to save on wages. They also don't open until 6am. If the times suit you then it's a pretty good place.

Erica at Baci is a great stylist. She's only young but very good at what she does. She owns the salon so takes very good care of her customers. There's never a rush to get you through - she takes her time to get it right. she's also a bit of a colour expert and really takes pride is getting that side of your hair right as well. Always able to give great advice on any changes you want as well. I used to change hairdressers quite frequently until I found Erica!

The best thing about this bakery is that it opens early. I travel past at 5.45am and it's already open. It gets busy as many workers stop for their morning coffee and some breakfast. I sometimes pick up a wrap for lunch as well. Their wraps are so tasty and fresh. They don't skimp on the fillings either. They have a full selection of bakery goods as well. Always tastes great and is just so convenient.

This is a family run cafe. You get your choice of the usual beach burgers and chips, plus some European style food as well. The traditional Greek shortbread biscuits are my favourite - you just don't want to stop at one. The location is perfect with the beach just a stroll through the park away. There is plenty of seating available but you can always take-away and have a picnic in the park or on the beach. Great food, friendly service and a fantastic location.

Wow, what a place! For locals and visitors this place is beyond what you'd expect. It only looks like a small place but it takes you at least 2-3 hours to move around and see everything. There are demonstrations of Koalas and Meerkats among others which are very interesting, and you get to pat a Koala! Overseas visitors love this place. We brought people from Germany and Greece and they said it was one of the best experiences they had in Australia. You get right up to the kangaroos that feed out of your hand. We were there when some had joeys in their pouches and we were even able to pat the joeys! What an experience!

This place has a great reputation but the food isn't as great as it should be. The burgers taste good but there's nothing super special about them. The location is the best part of this place - right on the cliff edge overlooking the beach. The coffee is good though. They get quite busy but handle the crowd very well. Definitely worth a try.
