Rachel took control and was a tremendous advocate for us. She maintained communication at every step and provided excellent guidance. We would not hesitate to contact her again in the future.

We had a formal dress internet disaster last year and I am so thankful for the reasonable price to fix it and also the friendly service we experienced each visit. We are about to return with not an internet disaster but some alterations to a store dress!
