We were in safe hands from the get go with Vadim. He takes care and pays attention to the needs of the patient, and their partner. He explains the process, and supports you through it. Our new rainbow family is a testament to his passion and commitment. We literally could not have done it without him (and Terri) and we will be back to him, when we plan number two.
