I arrived the morning of an important event to be told they didn't have time to complete the four services I had booked for. Apparently I had been told this when I booked. Well I hadn't been. And I booked one week beforehand. Why would I not have made another booking for a time when I could have everything done? They treated me like it was my error not theirs.
