I feel compelled to write this, because after several years of using this butcher I had a very bad experience yesterday. Went to buy pork ribs, was asked if I wanted the marinated ones but said no, just plain. I noticed the marinated ones were 13.99/kg. The guy goes out the back, grabs me some ribs, and I thought I saw him put in 16.99/kg on the scales. Wasn't sure, so weighed them myself when I got home and calculated that yes, he had charged me that higher price. Called straight away and was told, "that's the price". It's a different product and sometimes things are on special, apparently. Um, yep, either that or you just thought I wouldn't notice you charged me an extra few dollars for the same product without marinade and then tried to cover it up when you got sprung. Dodgy way to run a small business that relies on repeat customers. I'll be going elsewhere.
