The Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal found Zvi guilty of the following misconduct.
•Engaged in gross neglect as Officer of the Court in regards to manner in which he handled affidavit in family law proceeding
•Engaged in gross neglect of duty when by failing to explain to client that client must disclose all relevant documents which were or once had been in his possession or control
•Failed to review client’s documents to assure that all were being disclosed
•Gross neglect reasonably regards
•Conduct fell short of standard of competence (Moron)
•Failed to review proposed affidavit and form opinion as to its adequacy and whether client had left out any materials
•Neglect was regarded as disgraceful or dishonorable
•Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
•Guilty of misconduct at common law in relation to affidavit
As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal punished Zvi by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
