Dr Mel, is knowledgable, friendly and gentle. She made my dental experience easy, calm and hassle free. I appreciated the on-going advice and follow up. My dad sees her as well, and he hates dentist. Training with Lydnsay is full on fun.. her bootcamps are intense and work you hard. I recently tried a Metafit session and I would have to say "it made my fat cry..."
