I went out to the Rutherford RSPCA to make an appointment for my dog to have his next immunisation and they are so much cheaper than the regular vets. While I was there we went into the other door where the adoption centre is and they have a really good range of food, bedding and toys for dogs and cats so we picked up a kong rubber toy for $8 instead of the $13-15 they are asking in pet shops. The girls behind the counter are super nice too. I will be heading back out to the RSPCA when I next need dog food also as it was reasonably priced and the profit goes to a good cause.

I ordered a new tv stand from these guys and it was so easy and quick. The initial phone call to see what details I needed to make sure I got the stand for my model and the second call (my fault - didn't have the second number I needed) it was ordered and done. They also do not charge your credit card until it is received by them in their warehouse and couriered to me. Only took a few days for the whole process from order to send from SA to NSW.

We called in to Pet Barn on the way to pick up our new puppy and the staff were very helpful with choosing a premium product to feed him and also choosing a harness and lead. The prices were in the medium to high range but they are only selling premium products so it is to be expected.

I went into this store today to get a couple of pet supplies and it is great. They have heaps of everything, shelves fully stocked almost overstocked. The range and choices are amazing. Of course as the name suggests it is super cheap, even cheaper than the larger mainstream $2 type stores. Very friendly staff who are also quick to help you find what you need.

There is a lovely lady working there who is super friendly and helps you hunt down whatever you are looking for. If it is not a brand they carry she can sometimes tell you which franchise may. The prices i find are cheaper than the other large bottleshops. Good parking out the front which slao makes life easier.

This hotel used to be known as being very rough so i had never been in there. I was very pleasantly surprised this weekend when we went and it was lovely. Clean and friendly, cheap drinks and the food was really good too. The restaurant would be ok for families too, reasonable prices with good specials.

We went to this Restaurant with a group of nine and the husband and wife team worked like crazy to make this such an enjoyable experience. Drinks were always poured, empty plates taken and replaced with clean all the time and the food was amazing. Two of the dishes were not on the menu but traditional chinese dishes made on request. This couple were amazing with little old mum working hard in the background also!

Best family friendly restaurant on the Gold Coast and best manager Ever! The food here is so good and all at pub prices, vegetables are still firm not the rubbish that has been cooked ages ago and heated up. Meat cooked how you ask it to be and chips are crunchy not microwaved. The service is amazing, you never have to ask for anything Rose and her staff are on it. The kids area is open and inside with toys and tv and playstation games set up. There is an outdoor play area but it is around near the public bar. My kids are all young so keeping them inside suits me down to the ground. I love this place!

I had to get my two dogs in here quickly due to a family emergency and they did it right away for me and nothing was too much trouble. The prices are excellent and they even organised for one of my dogs to get groomed and again without a hassle. We were unsure how long we were going to be away and the ladies could not have been more helpful.

This little kiosk type place has a really good range of sushi especially since it is so little. They have a couple of stools on one counter if you want to sit but it is more of a takeaway thing. Very strange though as you get your sushi and have to then wrap your seaweed around it......not sure why but hey it is edible.
