What a find! Strolling the streets of Ravenshoe we were thrilled to find this gorgeous shop. Such a variety of decor items in many themes and colour ranges. Great gift ideas. Handmade and ethical products. Inexpensive treats right through to investment pieces... We could have stayed and browsed for much longer, there was so much to see.
This shop is certainly a delight!

Supa IGA in Atherton offers a fantastic range of products. Much more than the main alternative - a larger supermarket within the same town.
There's a great fruit and veg section, large deli, plenty of meat and poultry, frozen goods including bulk buys, a health section and lots of international foods. It's really easy to navigate the modern store.
There is a lot of parking, plenty of it undercover, and some nice little shops within the same centre for your convenience.

We love staying at Cairns Coconut Holiday Resort. We usually stay in one of their large cabins which easily sleeps our whole family.
The facilities are so good, you don't need to go out - mini golf, pools, movies, water park, jumping pillow, tennis and more.
If you do want to go out, Cairns Coconut is central to lots of shops, cinemas and local attractions. It's easy to get to other places and the staff will help you with tours, reef trips etc.
There are several take-aways and restaurants nearby, as well as bottle-shops and supermarkets for the self-catered holiday.
Highly recommended!

Malanda Video World offers a good range of movies including documentaries, music videos and a huge family section. They offer specials almost every day of the week, making it affordable to grab a DVD for everyone in the family.
They also have games for hire.
There are a variety of games and movies for sale - mostly ex-rentals, at good prices.
There are ice-creams, drinks, lollies etc in store for those who want these.
The service is good, and the store is open for long hours.

This store offers fashion, gifts, homewares and souvenirs all under the one roof in a very central location in Malanda's main street.
The service is good and the owner seems very eager to please.
A great place for locals to buy gifts, clothing etc right here in town, and for visitors to come and treat themselves or buy a gift for loved ones at home.
Highly recommended.

Pure Country is a great little shop on the main road through Malanda. It has recently expanded into two stores with an increased range.
There is a huge variety of women's fashion and accessories, as well as classic country style clothing, Wrangler Jeans, boots and shoes etc.
The service is excellent and the prices are very reasonable.

Phoenix take-away also has a small eat-in area. It's easily accessible on the main road through town, with adequate parking right at the door.
They offer a wide variety of take-away meals and drinks.
The shop is clean and staff are well-presented.

SPAR Malanda is my preference over larger supermarkets. They have good prices on fruit and veg, and specials, which means that doing my groceries there isn't dearer than going to a large supermarket in another, larger town.
The service is excellent at SPAR, they even carry things to your vehicle if required.
There is an excellent deli with a wide variety of foods. And also meat from the local butcher.
Their Local Product tickets really help those of us who want to buy local and it's a great campaign.

Generous sized meals and fast service. Good options for the kids and the vegetarians, which is always a plus.
Plenty of space, inside and out on the verandah, which is great when bands are playing.
The Peeramon is also a great venue for a party.

Friendly service, good advice and a lovely surprise of a great sale when I got 4 new tyres for the price of 3. Good buying power so specials are regular, with other stores in locations across the region.
Great to have this service and business close to home in a small rural town.
