Our next door neighbours used WYS Electrical to install solar panels. We have one small window (40cm wide) in our kitchen that looks onto their house wall. WYS Electrical decided to put the cables from the roof straight in front of our one window, then do a dog leg bend to join to the box next to the electrical box. We asked them to move the cables but they refused saying that the cables had already been cut (though if they took out the dog leg in the cables and had them running straight down then they would be out of view of our window, use the same cable length and look neater to boot). They showed a lack of consideration for cable placement, for aesthetics by ruining the view out of our one window on the wall and for providing a lack of agreeable service.
