Refused to reimburse me for oversized kia sportage battery
Very disappointed with my service of Kia 2017 Sportage. They fitted the wrong car battery in 2022 which wouldn't allow the air intake to be attached above it. The mistake was discovered 1 year 10 months later by my good mechanic (Dickson Auto at Caulfield) but Kia Chatdstone won't reimburse me. I'm not willing to accept the $80 discount from their next service. Not using a Kia service centres again!
