I started training with Life Force after the birth of my second child. I immediately felt welcome. Even though I was doing a group personal training session Liam always focused in on my personal fitness goals and past injuries - I got the benefit of one on one training while being surrounded by a great bunch of people. I did an adventure race 6 months after I gave birth!
