I had a factory recall on my sunroof (Hollandia 900) and the staff were exceptionally helpful in assisting with the replacement. Prestige sunroofs installed the sunroof originally (not at their fault there was a recall from factory), but prestige sunroofs took care of it and it is working like it was originally.
