Ben updated my master bathroom without pulling everything out thus saving me money. I had the shower retiled. Old glass screen pulled out. My old tap wear removed and new gold fittings carefully installed without scratching. We chose our own tap wear online and Ben ordered them and passed his tradesman discount onto us. Ben also fitted 2 new toilets and removed my 20yr old ones. On fitting one of the toilets Ben luckily noticed a fine hairline crack in the bowl. He saved us the journey and collected a replacement. He also removed old and installed a new water heater. Lovely guy. Goes the extra mile. Consistently aimed to please. Took away all rubbish. Listened to my fussy requests and completed all work. I'm now recommending Ben to my friends. Ben brought in a brilliant Afghani tiler called Ali and his brother. Hit a few hitches which is often the case but Ben fixed everything to my satisfaction.
