They enjoy your direct debit money every month, but they dont like coming out to do the job when you call them , with their 'peace of mind plan ' they call it.. Very very rude staff when they finally came out to do the job.. He asked me to show the spiders and ants.. So next time you all make sure you stick those pests with a sticky tape..
Also I had 2 different staff said different things about the same plan.. So who gets the training who knows..They say one rule to get to join their plan and suddenly changes when you need the service..
