Jake was very quick with contact and setting up a time to assess the job. On arrival he was friendly, approachable and attentive to our needs. He works swiftly and meticulously and explained everything to us in detail without the jargon. Ours was a two-day light switch job but it was definitely money well-spent and the final result was extremely pleasing. He brightened up our day (now there's a pun!)
