Appalling experience . My wife has returned from her newborn and mum's check up . She is in tears and has never been treated so terribly by a medical practise ever . She was forced around a back entrance through the bins. Through the bins ! The check up was not done properly and my family was treated as a burden and a problem for requiring a much needed check up . You would treat a new Mum and baby like this [redacted due to personal identifier] ? I also a few weeks ago was looked at by [redacted due to personal identifier], in the car park from a distance and was shocked by her lack of care and actual lack of practise . Do not book at WFMP or with [redacted due to personal identifier] . Mandates will pass , but unprofessional and poor medical care will stay with the ones who have recieved it . Not that I think the practise would care but we will not be back
