My first conversation with Lincoln FF involved speaking with Donna, who immediately put my mind at ease. After speaking to another funeral parlour and being very unsatisfied, Donna was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was a problem or made me feel inferior. Donna advised she was leaving the office and we would get a call shortly; we then dealt with Dean Saitta, who was also amazing on the phone. Dean came out to meet with our family and listened, showed empathy, gave us ideas and suggestions but more importantly, he was even better with his follow-through. We had a private viewing, and the way my brother was dressed was exactly as requested, even putting his shirt on backwards to have the logo of his shirt bigger. The day was done so well with care and respect, precision and professionalism, even as far as putting coloured lights under the casket to enhance. Would I recommend Lincoln? You bet I would and will suggest to anyone in their time of need—value for money, exceeding expectations and nothing too hard.
