Nancy and her crew of cleaners came the first time to my house for a deep spring cleaning. A big one. I was not in that house for more than 8 months (I was overseas for work). You can imagine how filthy and dusty it was. Their cleaners were very polite, respectful and hard working. I found Clean House Melbourne on google (Oneflare as top 10 cleaners in Southbank Vic 3006) and I'm glade I did. They turned my house in Richmond to a brand new one. Obviously, It cost me a lot but it was worth every penny I paid. Now, one of their home cleaners comes every week for 2 hours and maintains my house always clean, tidy and shiny. Their cleaning weekly house cleaning service costs only $30/hr (very cheap compared to a lot other less good cleaning companies) I have a cat and she has always been looked after and fed when I'm not home. that's excellent customer service.
