A number of years ago I had got to the stage where I couldn't even lift a shopping bag without back spasms. Following Jayden's massages I managed to get back to normal activities and now only when I occasionally over exert myself do I need to go back for a session for a clean up and then normal service is resumed. I recommended Jayden to my wife and he fixed her up as well. Very personable to deal with and sends follow up exercises to aid recovery.
