Our 24 Bay Synology NAS failed due to a severe power failure over the weekend , luckily found Recovery Squad Team on Monday and they replied promptly on my enquiry , even offered the collection of both heavy units and gave me some good news to be able to recover the data in 3 days , we had the whole unit with 100% data back on the next Tuesday.
Customer service is second to none and highly recommended.
