Let me share my experience with you guys. I have similar experience with them but a bit bad due to a issue or you can say its a misunderstanding between tradesolid and me. Everything went well and I'm satisfied beside the issue i had with them about my withdrawal, actually withdrawal take a few days and i was expecting next day payment :P this is the issue on which i went harsh on them. Overall their customer services, website, support, account management everything just awesome.
