I had been extremely ill for a year and was bedridden and housebound. I couldn't get out of bed, I had no energy to walk, I couldn't even lift up my toothbrush to clean my teeth. Every time I tried to stand up, I felt like I was going to pass out. My heart was racing and beating out of my chest.
