They are my local hairdresser and they are extremely good or extremely bad. They are about the same quality as just cuts. Only go there for simple things. One time I asked for framing and shaping around the face and it looked like I was regrowing bangs. So only ask for very simple things even though that is simple and definitely don’t go there for dying hair. However they are easy to get into always can get in the day of.
