Paul came out to give us some advice on our pool fencing needs. He arrived at the time he said he would, on Good Friday! He was more than happy to venture over to our place, despite it being a public holiday. He spent an hour with us, looking at our pool fence, giving us advice and suggestions. In the end, it became clear that we wouldn't need his services as the fence only requires minor tweaks, which we can do ourselves. I was incredibly impressed with his happy, helpful and efficient customer service, even when it turned out to have no job for him! In fact, I was a little bit disappointed to see him go and if it turns out I ever do need the fence changed, he is the one I will be going to for the job. Would recommend him in a heartbeat.
