Service was very disappointing i asked the lady behind the counter for more info on 2 items and she knew nothing about them also the fruit and veg had seen better days. Great variety though especially for a small suburban store.
Visited Mrs Flannerys today and was very impressed with their range, most of the fruit and veg was very fresh and pretty well priced. The bulk bins were clean easy to use with plenty of bags available and the service was great they even hat a naturopath available who was very eager to assist me.
This is actually a Taiwanese Restaurant, if your looking for a large variety of tasty food this is the place for you. Some of the things on the menu are a little unusual but i normally stick with the noodle dishes and they are delicious. They also have a large urn of self serve chicken soup which is very flavorsome. While your there make sure to try the milk teas they are the best you will find(the coconut one is my favorite).
A real old fashioned barber. The shop is filled with hot rod pic's and the seats in the waiting area are fiberglass molded classic car rear ends with seat cushions (and surprisingly comfortable). They do a great hair cut for a great price no appointments necessary. They do discounts for school kids too, but beware the after school rush every day of the week!
I have had all my tattoos done here and every one has turned out perfectly, even my very detailed tats. Staff are very friendly and chatty which helps to pass the time (and distract you from the pain). I will be going back again soon for some more work.
What a great hidden treasure. The staff are so friendly and after my hot stone massage and a sauna and spa with champagne and chocolates i walked out feeling like i had been on holiday for a week. A great relaxing experience.
Approximate cost: $100
Prepare yourself Brisbane ... all you can eat pizza pasta and ribs! They bring you a menu and you just keep ordering and eating until you can eat no more. Talk about customer service you can even text your order through to the kitchen therefore avoiding mix ups with the wait staff. The creamy pastas are creamy to the max the ribs are meaty and the pizzas are fresh from the oven. A must eat in Brisbane
Approximate cost: $35 all you can eat
A nice little 4 star self contained apartment with parking underneath your bungalow. Well maintained gardens to view from your personal balcony. Has a pretty well stocked kitchen and a front loader washing machine (no dryer though, which makes it a bit hard to dry your clothes). Place was clean but technology is a bit outdated (small box tv, old microwave). All up pretty good value for money and only a few minutes drive to coffs harbor.
The food was quite good but it was a shame about the show. I went with friends and we all agreed it sounded like a bad night at karaoke at one point one of the singers actually forgot her song for about 5 or 6 lines and the other cast got desperate and just started singing the chorus at random. Costumes were above average but that was about all the show had to offer. Below average singing and acting and good food, but lets be honest you don't go to the theatre for the food you go for the show which was a big let down. Don't waste your cash here.
Popped in off the street for an eyebrow wax, only waited about 5 mins and i was in the chair. The lady did a great job and was very quick.
The best part a great result for only $7 i couldn't believe my ears. I will be back for sure.
