More of a restaurant than a hotel, not much of a bar area. Food is good but quite expensive for what you get, and the sauces are really bad, the hollandaise/bernaise is like a lump of butter. The staff are always friendly and the place is well decorated.

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good food, I can recommend the seafood platter which is a mix of fried and fresh seafood and the Mexican chicken parmy is tasty too. Thursday night is the big night here known as jam night. Talented locals bring their instruments and voices along, then sing up a storm. Good fun for all.

Staff are very friendly,typical array of pub food from parmys to steaks but all are really well priced and good value for money. On a Saturday night they will often have live music on and during major events like state of origin you won't find a better atmosphere, or better free nibbles.

Seaworld is great if you are an animal lover, especially that for a little more you can get up close and personal with the animals. The dolphin show is a must see and i love the seals, they will make you laugh.

My favourite theme park, the rides are great and they have paid great attention to detail in the decor of the whole park. I could spend weeks here. When you go check out the scooby spooky coaster it is epic!

This has to be the biggest 2nd hand book store in Brisbane. They have books on every topic and genre, all ages even bibles that are over 100 years old. I have spent days in this store and you could get lost down the aisles. A Brisbane treasure, check it out.

This is a real tradies pub but they do a killer wood fired pizza. 1 for $20 or 2 for $25. So great value for money too. They have a kids room and outdoor seating area and while you wait for takeaway you can play pool and have a beer. Not bad at all, I will be back.

You will not find fresher seafood unless you catch it yourself. The seafood here is superb and service to match. They even have a takeaway store attached so you can pick up lunch too.

This is a great place to get a quality meal, i got a $16 steak and it was cooked perfectly with an amazing side salad, chips and gravy. Portions are large so you wont go hungry here.

These guys do great baked products and the service is good too. However they get an honorable mention for their $5 sandwiches. You get anything you want like turkey, ham, chicken and all the salads including avocado for just 5 bucks, and they don't scrimp on fillings either. Lunch is covered.
