Food was excellent,attractively presented,tasty and good value for money,staff are friendly and the wine list is quite good too.Elgins does have poker machines and the noise can certainly be a bit off putting but there are tables in the corner of the bistro that are quieter ,Overall I recommend Elgins as a good venue for quality food at a good price in a pleasant atmosphere.
