I was with OVO for a considerable time and they were bought over by Amaysim. They kept on sending messages saying I have used up all my data so I upgraded to a 120GB plan @ $50 for 28 days. After a few months I had accumulated more than 200GB so I knew this plan was too much for me and wanted to downsize. I requested my remaining accumulated data to be transferred to my new account but they flatly refused saying it is in the contract. Who would read the fine print for hours on? Anyway, what I wanted to say is their practices are highly unethical towards their customers and also their competitors by undercutting them by utilizing all unethical stuff. These people are here to rip us off and take the money out of this country and all Aussies should boycott them.
