From our first meeting with Steve to the conclusion of the funeral we have nothing but praise and respect for their conduct. Nothing was to hard, problems or requests were met with a positive reaction and always to enhance what was an emotional situation. All staff treated us with respect and acknowledgement of our needs and nothing was to hard.
The staff had their roles to play but still managed to interact with the family to make the funeral a memorable experience. We thank all staff for their courtesy, understanding and patience in such difficult times.
