We recently had our 2 laptop's repaired by John & Steph and received excellent customer service. Both John & Steph are extremely helpful and very efficient, nothing is too much trouble whatsoever. I dropped them off late Friday afternoon and got them back the following week and have not had any problems since. John was also able to come to our home and fix our desktop problem promptly and we discussed various new hardware options to suit our families needs.
