I never thought I'd actually enjoy exercise but since joining Brunswick East CrossFit, I do! Claire and the coaches have established such a wonderful environment where I (and everyone else) feel safe and supported while having a lot of fun! Exercising isn't so terrifying anymore and I look forward to every session. I couldn't recommend Brunswick East CrossFit more, especially to those who may feel intimidated by gyms or the like (as I once was), it really is the perfect place start getting fitter, stronger and healthier!
