Hadn't had my eyes checked since 2000 and this was the last place I'd had them done. Walked in to make an appointment and Michael saw me straight away. Still had all my details on file and spent nearly an hour with me doing every test and making sure my prescription was spot on. First went there in my early teens and he's great with kids and very thorough as well as being a lovely gentleman. He bulk bills and did an optional eye scan that was $30. Can't praise him or recommend him highly enough.

for authentic polish food you can't beat it. polish food isn't for everyone, but if you love hearty, meat based food (although they do have vegetarian available) you'll love it, and if you love your vodka, there's more than a dozen varieties available, as well as polish beers, a reasonably priced wine list and $10 cocktails. the management and staff exude polish hospitality ie. welcoming, accomodating and up for a good time!!!

for authentic italian pizza in the five dock area you can't go past toto's. The pasta is pretty fabulous too, the mare monti is a favourite. The young fellow who is generally there on a friday night is an absolute delight.

for a cheap and cheerful authentic italian feed in the heart of canberra, you can't go past this place. The food is delicious, the servings are filling and the waiters are good sorts!! The osso bucco was just like nonna makes it and the wine list has some fabulous italian reds at a great price

have been going here for over 20 years and brigitte and her girls are the epitome of professionalism and excellence. They use fabulous products (payot and la prairie) and the indulgence package (scrub, mud wrap and vichy shower) is to die for. You will literally float out the door!!!!

Absolutely awesome!!! Experienced a float room for the first time and hooked. Deep relaxation, alleviated aches and pains and great for the skin. Everyone needs to experience this!!!
