We were most satisfied with assistance given & work done in dealing with water damage in ensuite & main bedroom. Roland responded quickly to call from or insurance Co. notification. He was professional & courteous in explaining extent of damage sustained and recommending action plan. This all happened expediently using up to date equipment.
